pBand
Our pBand has now seen its founding members graduate to brass instruments and progress to our C Band. This is a relaxed friendly group for Key Stage 1 children to be introduced to making music in a group and the core skills needed for brass playing. New members are accepted every week to try a pBuzz.
Debut Band - Youth Champs
For the first time in our history we took a junior band to the National Youth Championships. We opened the whole day, first on stage to a super audience and received really encouraging feedback from the adjudicators. Bravo!
Youth Band Youth Champs
We took a 40-strong youth band to the National Youth Championships and were delighted to receive Silver Award with most of the team having never played in a contest before - onwards and upwards! There is always space for more members Grade 4 + to join this band - either as your only band or to play with an additional group for more experiences.
King Charles' Visit to Liverpool
Some of our members played at Liverpool Central Library to a crowd as King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla arrived in Liverpool to open the Eurovision stages and twin the library with the oldest public library in Ukraine. What a privilege and super experience!
